2. Using this website

This website shows our work and lets organisations get in touch about commissions. By using it, you agree to these terms. You may browse freely and share links to our pages and films. You may not:

– copy, download, re-upload or redistribute our films, stills, illustrations or text without written permission;

– use our work for commercial purposes or to train AI models;

– present our work as your own.

3. Our work and copyright

All films, animations, illustrations, text and visual assets on this site belong to Fire Lily Studio Ltd or to the clients we made them for, and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them. If you'd like to feature or screen one of our films, email info@firelilystudio.com. We're usually happy to help.

4. Commission enquiries

Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract or commitment on either side. A project only starts once both parties have signed a written brief and contract.

Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram and our clients' sites. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page with the date at the top.
